| During the first thirty to sixty days from the
date of hiring us, Michael T. Chulak & Associates will do the following
(at no cost to the association): |
|
- Survey all association members in order to
identify all defects and complaints and then prepare a
comprehensive list based on the survey results;
- Arrange to have a licensed general contractor
conduct a preliminary inspection of all interiors where a defect
has been reported;
- Arrange to have a licensed general contractor
conduct a preliminary inspection of all common
areas;
- Obtain all recorded notices of
completion;
- Complete a thorough review of the
association's governing documents and files in order to analyze
the case;
- Develop a preliminary budget for the
association; and
- Meet with the Board of Directors upon
completion of our evaluation to discuss our findings,
recommendations and available options.
