Matthew Gardner is Of Counsel to Michael T. Chulak & Associates. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame, he received his JD from the University of Dayton Law School. Matthew Gardner began his law practice in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2003 where he developed his skills as a trial attorney in the Public Defender’s Office. Matthew worked for two years handling both juvenile and adult cases.

Since moving to California in 2006, Matthew Gardner has used his skills learned in the courtroom to represent homeowner associations and other clients. Matthew provides legal services involving legal compliance, employment law, contracts, dispute resolution, collections, corporate governance, and general business litigation. He also provides general counsel legal services regarding corporate matters as well as document restatements and interpretation.

Matthew Gardner is a member of Community Association Institute, Greater Los Angeles Chapter and contributes to the bi - monthly FOCUS magazine. Matt works out of the Pasadena office.
