Michael Shen is Of Counsel to the firm and has been practicing law in the State of California since 2002. Michael Shen represents clients in family, employment and investment based immigration petitions for lawful permanent resident status. He also represents clients in adjustment of status matters, naturalization, asylum and deportation proceedings in U.S. Immigration Courts in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.

Michael Shen works closely with businesses to provide legal advice on transactional matters, employment issues, and legal disputes; negotiates and drafts various commercial contracts; evaluates risks, and provides strategic legal advice on business transactions.

Michael Shen also has extensive experience in the areas of probate, estate planning, bankruptcy and general civil litigation.

Michael Shen obtained his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California, and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Michael Shen is fluent in Chinese and Taiwanese.
