Randolph (Randy) Andell is Of Counsel to Chulak and Perez. His areas of practice include landlord-tenant law, business law, real estate matters, construction law, including construction defects, probate, and business litigation. His practice has also includes personal injury, conservatorships, partition actions and will and trust litigation.
Randolph joined Chulak and Perez in Ventura, California where he has operated a successful law practice for fifteen years in Ventura and Santa Barbara. He is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association, Santa Barbara County Bar Association, and Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all California Courts and the United States District Court, Central District. In addition, he is a member of the National Panel of Consumer Arbitrators and has arbitrated more than seventy five consumer cases on behalf of the Better Business Bureau. He is also a certified mediator and is available to mediate disputes.
Prior to practicing law, Randolph Andell was involved in a wide variety of businesses as owner or manager including creating props for the film business where his work can be seen in movies such as Primal Fear, Tombstone and Pulp Fiction along with TV shows the Wonder Years, Malibu Shores, 7th Heaven, and Beverly Hills 90210. This has given him a background in business, something very different from most lawyers who graduate from law school and go directly into the practice of law.
He is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University College of Law in 1979. He played collegiate tennis and is still an active tennis player and skier.
